All Mahabharata researchers (some 130+ of them) refer to 3 of 4 astronomy references from this small portion of Mahabharata text.
The 4 astronomy references (above) are:
(1) Full moon of Krittika (~ Kartika full moon) appeared lost of its splendor and had color of a fire (Bhishma 2:23)
(2) Arundhati is walking ahead of Vasistha (Bhishma 2:31)
(3) Saturn is afflicting nakshatra Rohini (Bhishma 2:32)
(4) Mark on the surface of the moon has become invisible (Bhishma 2:32)
But they do not dare refer to the 4th reference. In fact they ignored it (as if it did not exist) during their research. And they still dare not admit their folly.
They fear.. who will read their works if they mention or admit of this 4th reference ….of AV observation!
What a sad situation!
