Criticism – Prof. Srinivasa Raghavan’s date of 3067 BCE for the Mahabharata War: Part 3

Mahabharata, Harivamsha, Bhagavad Purana are silent on exact details of Krishna Janma.

However, Prof. Raghavan produced planetary positions (or Horoscope) at the time of Krishna-Janma. Not surprisingly, he does not quote any original document where he obtained this horoscope.

I leave this topic of Horoscope of Krishna for my readers to ponder, only by stating that Prof. Raghavan does not (He could not, not surprisingly!) use this information in determining timing of the Mahabharata War.

We should credit Prof. Achar for implicitly recognizing this problem (although he never explicitly admits it) of Horoscope of Krishna Janma.

In next section we will move to criticism of Chapter 3 of Prof. Raghavan’s book.
